What is Talking Therapy?  During a session involving counselling skills, I will encourage you to talk about your thoughts and feelings in a safe, confidential, non-judgmental, environment. I aim to work with you to enable you to overcome the issues that are causing you emotional pain or discomfort, also to help you understand and control your feelings and emotions.
