What is Hypnotherapy? As the name suggests hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that involves hypnosis. It is safe, natural and an enjoyable experience. When you are hypnotised, it is a wonderfully relaxing feeling, your mind becomes much more accepting of positive suggestions and this is how I help you.  By guiding you into a deep state of relaxation I help you to quieten your mind, reach a deep state of inner calm and accept the pre-agreed positive suggestions in the way that is right for you.
